COUNTER 5 reports are available to subscribing institutions via our Administrator Portal (username and password required). If you need a username and password please contact us.

We also offer separate usage reporting for the Cite Them Right Tutorial, which shows individual students' progress and assessment grades, as well as general usage data for your institution such as number of visits and average time spent. This data is available to admin users from the tutorial administration dashboard.

Why are Bloomsbury usage statistics on COUNTER 5?

The COUNTER Code of Practice is the industry-standard format for usage reporting of electronic resources. Bloomsbury products are COUNTER-compliant. Release 5 is the current Code of Practice and the requirement for COUNTER compliance.
